Metallica’s ‘Beyond Magnetic’ Debuts At No. 32

Metallica’s new EP, ‘Beyond Magnetic‘, sold 36,000 copies in its opening week debuting at No. 32 on this weeks Billboard Top 200 Chart.

Sixx:A.M.’s7‘ EP scanned 2,700 copies, but did not make the Top 200.

Album sales are up 15% from last week, but down 10% from the same week last year. Year to date sales rose 1% compared to last year with 307.75 million albums sold.

Digital track sales are up 4% from last week and 6% from the same week in 2010. To date 1.19 billion tracks have been downloaded, up 9%.
