Lamb Of God’s ‘Resolution’ Debuts At No. 3

Lamb of God’s new album, ‘Resolution‘, made it’s debut at No. 3 on this weeks Billboard Top 200 Chart with 52,000 copies sold. Their 2009 release, ‘Wrath‘, sold 68,000 copies it’s first week debuting at No. 2.

Lacuna Coil’sDark Adrenaline‘ has debuted at No. 15 with 20,000 copies sold.

Halestorm’sHello, It’s Mz. Hyde‘ EP debuted at No. 145 selling 3,000 copies.

Overall album sales rose 7% from last week and 2% from the same week in 2011. Year to date sales are up 2% at 21.34 million.

Digital track sales fell 7% from last week, but are up 5% compared to the same point in 2011. Year to date downloads are at 115.19 million, up 6%.

    Who says rock is dead. This is evidence to the contrary. As well as FFDP and Evanescence constantly in the top 100 every week.
