Breaking Benjamin front-man Ben Burnley has filed suit against former guitarist Aaron Fincke and bassist Mark Klepaski for making unauthorized decisions on behalf of the band, which include the release of an upcoming greatest hits album and a remixed version of “Blow Me Away”.
Klepaski and Fincke were fired in May via email when details of the greatest hits album were announced.
Burnley is seeking to retain ownership of the band name and exclusive rights to perform and record under the Breaking Benjamin name in the future.
